Does anyone else find it ridiculous that the Philadelphia police can find a suspected car of racing on the streets and drifting/doughnuts in like two days in another state and have it brought to the city. But it took Homeland Security, the FBI, the Pa state troopers, and 10 other government agencies over 2 weeks to find an escaped prisoner who was imprisoned for two murders and never traveled more then 50 miles from the prison he escaped form. Not to mention he knew no one in the area nor the area it self and is from a foreign nation..  just saying..
