Yessir, he's lookin' for the West to make good on some promises 'bout helpin' out Russian agricultural exports. Now, Putin didn't spill the beans on what exactly he's wantin' from the West, but he did tell that Erdogan feller he's "open to negotiations" on sortin' out that grain deal.
