Shohei Ohtani will become a free agent at the end of this season. I hate to tell the Angels fans but they will not sign him. If they were smart they would trade him before the deadline. Get some minor leaguers for him.
The two way threat he is very unique to the game. He can win the cy young award and lead the league in homeruns.
There is talk that he will be the first one billion dollar player. I do not know who will sign him but it will be an interesting off season.
RobertBrinsfield: They won't sign him because he will be testing the waters. He will wait and sign with the highest bidder.
