Social Security PAYS for the administration of the welfare system, which is morally wrong for it to come from the Social Security FICA tax. Welfare should be 100% paid for by the general budget.
As soon as someone (Elon Musk/Donald Trump/any politician) says in the same sentence "balance the Budget" and "Social Security" they are lying to you.

The past has already happened, now we must deal with it's consequences. This is when you adapt and over come. It's never too late to start over and try again, that is what separates the winners from the losers!
